All the ocean water is undrinkable. What makes it undrinkable is it makes the human body shrivel up due to osmosis. How this happens is the individual human body cells lose water and shrivel up causing severe dehydration. For the people that have no water, I have a solution. The way to make it drinkable, is distilling it. It leaves the contamination and makes water vapor. Then you have to condense it. Then you have pure water.
Hypothesis
I believe that in 30 minutes after boiling water, I will have purified water because I will condense water vapor which will turn into purified water.
